Quick Mill SILVANO combines beauty, value, and the latest PID technology for making the best espressos, cappuccinos, and lattes you’ve ever tasted! Silvano has excellent temperature control with its PID controller and has a boiler for coffee and a thermoblock for steam, each with it own pump. The thermoblock allows for unlimited steam and can be turned off independently from the coffee boiler to conserve energy.
Occasionally, we are asked if the cup rail can be removed to allow the machine to fit under a cabinet. The height of the Silvano with the cup rail is 16”, you can remove the rail, but would need to do so from the inside of the machine. In other words, you would take the outer shell off and unscrew the rails, as a reminder, you would be left with the holes on the top cover.
