The Gaggia Deco D 3-Group fully automatic espresso machine has a bold design reminiscent of a performance sports car. It is meant to be noticed and can complement and accentuate modern décor. The Deco would be well-suited in trendy, high-end establishments. With three brew groups and robust steaming/frothing capabilities, this fully automatic machine can keep up with even the busiest coffeehouses, restaurants or hospitality stands. 

Brewing
The Gaggia Deco D 3-Group espresso machine is equipped with an impressive 21-liter, stainless-steel boiler and industry-leading Procon pump. All brewing components feature heavy chrome-plated brass construction for maximum heat stability. Each brew group has its own dedicated heat exchanger and 240-watt, Gicar PID controlled brew group heater. The PID controller lets the barista raise and lower brewing temperature as needed to better accommodate different roasts and blends.

There are four programmable and one manual coffee buttons for each brew group for a total of 15 individual brewing options. Each group head is autonomous and can be programmed as needed to cater to a diverse environment.

Pre-Infusion
Programmable pre-infusion parameter for each coffee button sets the Gaggia Deco apart from its peers. The amount of water used per pre-infusion cycle and hesitation time are programmable for all three brew groups. The Deco also lets you turn the pre-infusion cycle on and off as needed for each group head.

Programmable Options
The Gaggia Deco 3-Group fully automatic espresso machine has many programmable features to let it conform to individual preferences. There are two programming access levels, one for the barista and the other designed specifically for senior management. Coffee dosage, the hot water buttons, clock setting, auto-on and off settings are all programmable by the barista.
These programmable features are also accessible at the senior machine management level. It is important to note that all management settings will override user settings, should the two be in conflict. Personnel with access to senior machine management settings will also be able to program or alter these features:

• Name or welcome message, as shown on display screen
• Display language – English, French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch and Portuguese options
• Technical support contact information, as shown on the display screen
• Continuous coffee button can be enabled or disabled
• Coffee dosage programming can be enabled or disabled
• Pre-infusion parameters can be set, enabled or disabled
• Maintenance and water filter alerts can be set to turn on by the number of brew cycles completed
• PID temperature controls

Hot Water, Steaming and Frothing Features
This state-of-the-art machine has two stainless steam wands, each featuring a four-hole steam tip. There are hot water buttons and the water dispenser features a mixing valve to dispense hot water for tea and Americano without generating steam. The mixing valve can be turned on and off for your convenience. If the valve is turned off, the Deco 3-Group will be able to dispenser hotter water, directly from the boiler.
